What a Result shows, and what it does not

A Result is a record of one Challenge attempt. It gives you real code and facts to discuss. The hiring decision stays with you.

What it shows

The code: The exact submission, with numbered lines.
The tests: Each required and bonus test, marked pass or fail by a sandbox run.
The counts: Graded runs, distinct versions, time from first run to save, and the largest jump in code between runs. The server counts these.
The inboxes, when checked: On a hiring link, a candidate can confirm an inbox before the first run. The Result names it only if it was still present at save.
Questions to ask: Fixed questions from the Challenge, the counts and the code, some pinned to a line. No AI writes them.

No score: A Result does not rank candidates or give a percentile.
No AI detection: Nothing here claims to know whether AI wrote the code. Those claims are guesses, and a Result only states what it measured.
No proctoring: No webcam, no screen capture and no browser lockdown. The suggested time is not enforced.
No proof of who typed it: A candidate can open any tool in another window. That is why the interview matters: ask them to explain the code.
