Limited Refund Policy

This is a digital product with immediate access. Because access starts immediately, refunds are limited to the cases listed below, and you must request one within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible refund situations

Within 30 days of purchase, refunds are considered in these cases:

• Persistent technical issues: The platform is inaccessible to you for 7 or more consecutive days and the issue cannot be resolved
• Duplicate purchases: An accidental duplicate charge for identical content
• Unauthorized charges: Unauthorized use of your payment method, confirmed with your payment processor
• Not as described: The catalog is materially different from its description on the pricing page (excludes subjective quality opinions)

Note: Requests are checked against the order record. Include your order number and the reason.

Not Eligible for Refunds

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

• Change of mind: Buyer's remorse, second thoughts, or preference changes
• Downloaded/Copied content: Any materials saved, downloaded, copied, or shared
• Time-based: Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Skill/Time claims: "Too hard," "too easy," "no time," or "didn't work for me"
• Competitor preference: Finding alternative courses or platforms
• Subjective quality: Personal opinions on teaching style, pace, or content approach
• Technology requirements: Incompatible devices, OS, or browsers (requirements listed before purchase)
• Employment/Financial changes: Job loss, budget issues, or financial circumstances

Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request via the contact form within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your order number and the reason for the request
3. Eligible requests are decided from the order record
4. Approved refunds go to the original payment method
5. No review time is promised. Your bank sets how long the funds take to appear

Content Protection

Upon any refund approval, immediate access to all course materials, projects, and associated content will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted.
