Strictly Limited Refund Policy

Refunds will ONLY be considered in these exceptional cases:

• Skill/Time claims: "Too hard," "too easy," "no time," or "didn't work for me"
• Competitor preference: Finding alternative courses or platforms
• Subjective quality: Personal opinions on teaching style, pace, or content approach
• Technology requirements: Incompatible devices, OS, or browsers (requirements listed before purchase)
• Employment/Financial changes: Job loss, budget issues, or financial circumstances

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Attempting to abuse refund policies, making false claims, or filing chargebacks without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

Refund Process

1. Email us at support@portfoliopro.dev within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Content Protection

Upon any refund approval, immediate access to all course materials, projects, and associated content will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted.
