Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after accessing content

  • Downloaded materials or viewed content
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@portfoliopro.dev within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Content Protection

Upon any refund approval, immediate access to all course materials, projects, and associated content will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension and legal action. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
